The National has been fully restored to its original 1940's Art Deco condition. It's a beautiful, classy property.
The pool is the piece de resistance, a top 10 in my list of places to spend an afternoon. The pool bar is beautiful at night as well. It's not the cheapest place to stay but well worth the price in my opinion. It's an experience unto itself. Our stay there was impeccable.
